Graeme I. Bell, PhD (Section of Adult and Pediatric Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism) is the Louis Block Distinguished Service Professor of Medicine and Human Genetics and the Director of the University of Chicago Diabetes Research and Training Center. Dr. Bell’s research focuses on the genetics of diabetes and other metabolic disorders. Dr. Bell is a member of the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
