Finding Answers seeks a program manager

February 24, 2014 – Finding Answers is hiring a new program manager! This position will support two different national programs of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.

Finding Answers is a major national $16.7 million multi-year initiative to reduce racial and ethnic disparities in health care. The Reducing Disparities Through Payment and Delivery Systems Reform Program (RDPRP) is a new national program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. The goal of this national program is to investigate efforts that incorporate value-based health care payment changes with delivery system redesigns to reduce disparities in health care and outcomes.

The Program Manager will work with the team to design and implement the call for proposals, grantee selection and technical assistance (TA) and direction activities for applicants and grantees of the RDPRP.

For both projects, the program manager will work closely with the team to develop an effective program of TA to disseminate best practices for disparities reduction into real world practice. The program manager will help to synthesize complex findings from the grants programs and systematic reviews into clear and simple solutions for TA clients. This includes opportunities to co-author papers submitted for competitive review and to develop training curricula, best practice and lessons-learned summaries, and additional TA products.
